Shipping, Return & Cancellation Policy

At House of Genius, we offer both customized and standard products. Please read the following policy carefully before placing your order.
1. Shipping & Delivery
Customized Products
Customized products are made specifically according to the customer’s requirements and are not eligible for return or exchange.
Estimated delivery time: 25–30 working days
Delivery time may vary depending on customization requirements, order quantity and production schedules.
Once a customized order is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled, returned or exchanged.
Normal Products
For standard/non-customized products:
Estimated delivery time: 7–10 working days
Delivery timelines may vary depending on the delivery location, courier availability and other circumstances beyond our control.
2. Return & Exchange Policy
Customized Products
No return or exchange is available for customized products.
As these products are specially made according to the customer’s requirements, they cannot be returned or exchanged due to change of mind, incorrect size selection, colour preference or other personal preferences.
Normal Products
Eligible standard/non-customized products may be returned within 15 days of delivery, subject to the following conditions:
The product must be unused and unworn.
The product must be in its original condition.
Original tags, packaging and accessories must be intact.
Products that have been washed, damaged, altered or used may not be accepted.
Certain products may be excluded from return for hygiene or other reasons.
Please contact our support team before sending any product back. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.
3. Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Products
If you receive a damaged, defective or incorrect product, please contact us as soon as possible after delivery.
We may request photographs, videos, packaging details and order information to verify the issue.
After verification, we may provide an appropriate resolution, which may include replacement, exchange or refund, as applicable.
4. Order Cancellation
Customized Products
Customized orders cannot be cancelled once the order has been confirmed or production has started.
Normal Products
Cancellation requests for normal products may be accepted before the order is processed or dispatched.
Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation may no longer be possible.
5. Refunds
Where a refund is approved, it will generally be processed through the original payment method or applicable payment gateway.
The time taken for the refund to reflect in your account may depend on the payment provider or bank.
